Unfortunately, we need a log file to detect issues with JRebel. The reason we asked for the class path used with JRebel is that we can use that information to see whether the class was updated by JRebel and if not, what went wrong.
Our EULA(http://zeroturnaround.com/software/eula/) point 47 also states that we have to keep communication between us confidential.
You could send us the DEBUG level log, maybe we can detect the issue from there as well.
