Hi Meelis,
I changed the permissions manually to allow everyone to have full access – still same.
I also tried to change the contents of the folder (I tried creating .txt file and put some contents in it).
I’m using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows as antivirus.

I also tried to change the REBEL_BASE, same result…
