Reply To: First JRebel "reload" loads all classes

Hi,

Can you double check what compiler your intellij is configured to use? This is found under Settings->Build,Execution,Deployment->Compiler->Java Compiler
If its set to anything other than javac, try setting to javac and see if the first compile still reloads everything?

Also to double check, you are only compiling the class you changed, correct?
You can also try if adding -Drebel.check_class_hash=true to your server JVM arguments helps? If both use the same compiler and the timestamps change but the class contents didn’t then it will only reload the actually changed classes.
