From some time ago (at least two months) I am experiencing problems with JRebel Eclipse Plugin related to the license server. Today I am trying to investigate this problem, because it prevents us to use JRebel normally (we are forced to redeploy always our projects).
Eclipse version is 4.5.1
JRebel version is JRebel for Eclipse 6.2.5.RELEASE-201509301022
Java version is Java 8 u45 32bit.
I have a Glassfish 3.1.2 server on localhost configured to use JRebel. When I start this server from Eclipse, and after 10 seconds without any message, appears a notification message “License server licensing unavailable! Failed to acquire a seat from license server.” We have seen that really JRebel doesn’t work as expected. It happens always when starting Glassfish server. We are always forced to redeploy our applications.
By another side I have another domain of the Glassfish Server on this same machine configured for JRebel that is working perfectly, so I discard any network problems from my side. What can be wrong ?
Please, We have 2 licenses and we are not able to use them on the first server.
