I looked through log files and noticed a line telling me I’m using version 3.1.0. In certain disbelieve, I figured out that I downloaded version 3.1.0 last Wednesday (the latest version at the moment). I installed it yesterday but the release version was updated to 3.1.1 in between. I just assumed I had installed the latest version. It was all my bad.
I updated to version 3.1.1 and the “consumes CPU” problem vanished.
