To give you a precise fix we would need to see your jrebel.log generated while trying to make a change to mentioned files. Could you please send it support@zeroturnaround.com with the link to this forum topic? To generate it just add -Drebel.log=trace to your VM arguments, restart your server and reproduce the issue.
