We have found the cause for this regression, we are currently working to get it fixed and we will let you know as soon as the fix is available.
Meanwhile disabling JRebel Spring plugin should prevent this error.
JRebel Spring plugin can be disabled by adding following JVM argument: -Drebel.spring_plugin=false
